At Athera Organics, we're proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $89.
Where do you ship? We ship to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
What are your shipping times?
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery Time: Orders are shipped via USPS (domestic) and international carriers, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- United States: 4–5 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please note: During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Where can I find my tracking number? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you didn't receive one, or it doesn't work, reach out to us at hi@atheraorganics.com, and we'll be happy to help.
Where are you based? Athera Organics is based in the United States, and all products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
Can I change the shipping address for my order? Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We're not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. However, if you notice an error immediately after ordering, reach out to us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
What about customs, duties, and taxes? International orders (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
What if my package is lost or stolen? If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Check your mailbox, front door, side entrances, and with neighbors.
- Wait 1–2 business days to see if it's redelivered.
- Contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim using your tracking number.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us at hi@atheraorganics.com, and we'll process a replacement if eligible.
Athera Organics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
