Athera Organics Refund & Return Policy
At Athera Organics, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with your first purchase, we’ve got you covered.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
- If you’re not satisfied with your first order, contact us within 90 days of delivery at hi@atheraorganics.com for a full refund.
- No return required for opened bottles.
- For multi-unit orders, we may request unopened items be returned. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes
- Guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of each product.
- Limited to one refund per product type per customer/household.
- Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.
- Subscription (autoship) orders are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Refunds for subscriptions are only available for unopened items, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away at hi@atheraorganics.com. We’ll replace it at no cost, no return needed.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing hi@atheraorganics.com.
- A $5.00 processing/restocking fee applies to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Authorization (Required)
- All returns must be pre-authorized by our support team.
- To initiate a return, email hi@atheraorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive detailed instructions, including the correct return address.
- Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
